Dr. Linda Mia Rogers, LPC-S
Linda brings a lifetime of military, community, and criminal justice experience into her work. She’s worked in and led programs serving veterans and their families, incarcerated youth and adults, and individuals in pre-trial diversion programs. She sees clients in-person and via telehealth, working with individuals, couples, and families through trauma, life transitions, and complex mental health challenges.
Linda primarily treats mood disorders, bipolar disorder, trauma/PTSD, and grief/loss related challenges. She combines a practical evidence-based approach with warmth and acceptance to help the client nurture their own innate strengths to reach their goals.
Caitlin Lusk, LMSW
I’m Caitlin Lusk, LMSW, a trauma-informed clinical social worker dedicated to helping individuals heal, grow, and reconnect with their strengths. I hold a certification in trauma treatment and work closely with clients experiencing PTSD.
I value collaboration, empowerment, and community engagement, and I strive to create a supportive, client-centered space where people can explore their stories and build meaningful change. Outside of my clinical work, I’m passionate about art and bring creativity and altruism into the work I do whenever possible.
Laura Chadwick LPC, NCC
I am here to help with management of anxiety, depression, life transitions, and grief / loss issues. I utilize evidence-based techniques to help you develop positive coping skills, learn more adaptive ways of managing life struggles, and improve communication and anger management skills to improve interpersonal relationships.
I have experience working with couples, children from age 5, and older adults. I have experience working with those struggling with trauma, children who need help managing symptoms of ADHD, behavioral problems, self-esteem, ODD, and parents’ separation/divorce. I tailor interventions to your specific needs and where you are in the healing process.
Michelle Eschete, ALC
Before relocating to Rainsville, Alabama, Michelle and her family lived in Houma, Louisiana, just south of New Orleans, She received her master's from Nicholls State University of Thibodaux Louisiana. Some of Michelle's former employment includes administrative assistant for local government and law enforcement, as well as a Child Care worker for a group home for abused and neglected children. In 2013 Ms., Eschete attended Colorado Technical University for her bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice with a concentration in human services; graduating Suma Cum Laude. Michelle went on to obtain her first master's degree in Forensic Psychology form Grand Canyon University in Arizona.
In hopes to make a difference in her community fighting against the opioid/fentanyl epidemic, Michelle and a colleague founded an advocate organization to seek action, raise awareness and hope. Eradicating the stigma of addiction is just one part of the mission statement of S.A.R.A.H.
Michelle has vowed to make a change and is addressing and helping those struggling with suicidal ideation and the survivors of suicide.
As primarily a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist, Michele has discovered that having knowledge of other therapies and techniques is not only advisable but beneficial for the clients. As a brand-new Alabamian, Michelle is eager to begin and become a vital part of the helping profession for the whole of the community.
Lane Morrow, ALC
Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Jacksonville State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Troy University. He earned his Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University, a CACREP-accredited program. Lane began providing counseling services in 2024 and is committed to walking alongside clients as they work toward lasting growth and healing. He is under the supervision of Dr. Linda Rogers, LPC-S.
Lane has experience working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families facing a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, substance use, trauma, grief, and relationship concerns. He brings particular insight to working with first responders, individuals navigating recovery, teens, and men’s mental health issues. His clinical work is grounded in the principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), focusing on the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Lane believes in creating a supportive, collaborative environment where clients can explore their concerns and build meaningful change.
For clients who desire it, Lane also offers biblically based counseling. He works with individuals to integrate Scripture with evidence-based practices, offering a faith-informed approach to healing and restoration.

Anneliese Knop, ALC
Anneliese works with adolescents, individual adults, and couples to help them recognize and realize the best versions of themselves and each other. She is experienced in mood disorders, life transitions such as grief and career changes, trauma, issues of identity, disability, and sexuality.
Anneliese combines practical methods such as Cognitive behavioral Therapy and Internal Family Systems Therapy with the client’s natural talents and lived experiences. Her holistic approach harnesses each client’s unique biology, psychology, relationships, and spirituality to transform challenges into growth.
